Frequently Asked Questions from Brides:

 

  • What is the rental fee?  All pricing are based on a per person charge.  We are offering for a limited time only discount on the facility fee. We charge a set-up and clean-up fee of 4.25 per person.
  • How many guests can the site accommodate? Seated Dinner Buffet 275, Seated and served Dinner 300 and Reception style would accommodate 550.
  • How many hours does the fee include? Daytime booking hours are 11am-4 and Evening is 6pm-Midnight.  All vendors have two hours for set-up prior to the ceremony or reception.
  • Do you have a bridal suite? We have a very large private suite for the bride and her bridesmaids with full length mirrors, restrooms, hair and make-up area. 
  • Are there any overtime charges? Booking times must be adhered unless special times are given to you by the event director
  • What exactly is included in the set-up fee?  Tables, chairs, house linens, china and silverware, skirted tables for DJ and buffets.

  • What about the Food? Feel free to review our brides comments on this web site.  Once you have a confirmed your date you will have a scheduled food tasting and is set about 3-4 months prior to your wedding date.  Our Certified Executive Chef will be involved preparing several samples just for you and three other invited guests.

  • Decorations? You will be responsible for all table decorations however the club will handle ordering the buffet arrangement. 

  • Can you accommodate a band or DJ? Yes both

  • Dance Floor? Yes with No additional charge to use the large dance floor.

  • Is the rental fee discounted on certain days of the week? Yes, Friday’s and Sunday’s are discounted and daytime is less expensive than evening events.

  • Do you provide coat check service? You may add this person to your event if your event is held in the colder months. $15.00 per hour for 6 hour minimum $90.00.

  • Do you provide linens or chair covers? You may order any special color chair covers, linens or chavari chairs through the club if you like.  Additional rental fee's will apply.  

  • Do you provide parking or /valet service? Parking is provided over 500+ guests.  Valet service will be additional fee.
  • Will you be handling the clean-up and is it included in the rental fee? Yes
  • Is liability insurance (including liquor liability) included?  Yes

  • What type of deposit do you require? 10% of cost estimate at time of booking, 50% at tasting and balance 2 weeks prior.

  • What is your cancellation policy?  Per your contract the deposit is non-refundable and you will be obligated to pay for the total number of guests in your contract unless it is cancelled six months in advance.

  • Do you provide catering? We provide all food and beverage catering.  Outside caterers are not permitted.  We provide classical American cuisine.

  • Wedding Cake:  Our Executive Chef will work with you designing your cake and a quote will be provided.  If you should choose to bring in from an outside vendor it must be from a bakery or certified by the health department and a business with a licenses (insurance requirement).  A cutting fee will be charged if the cake is not provided by Olde Towne.

  • Do you provide Alcohol? Yes we are a fully licensed facility.  No outside alcohol allowed.

  • How many staff should I expect for my event?  Bartenders, wait staff and other event personnel with be based on Industry standard for number of guest attending the event.

  • Can the site be used for both the ceremony and reception?  Yes ceremony only if the reception is booked at the club. 

  • Are there any music restriction? No restriction regarding music.  Cobb County noise ordinance must be abided if event is held outdoors.
  • Electrical Requirements: We have 6 separate electrical circuits for large bands.
