General
Information
Olde
Towne Athletic Club is a full event facility and does not allow outside
caterering and is a fully licensed facility for both food and alcoholic
beverages. By Law we reserve the right to refuse sale of alcoholic
beverages to any guest when it is in the best interest of the club.
Menu
Selections
All
food and beverages provided at your event must be arranged through Olde Towne
Athletic Club. We require that the complete menu be submitted to the
culinary team no later than (30) thirty days prior to your event. No
leftover food can be taken from the club premises. A 20% Service fee and
6% tax will be charged on all food and beverages.
Room
Availability:
Private
rooms are selected and booked based on the number of guests in
attendance. The club reserves the right to change any rooms if the final
number of guests should change significantly.
Guarantee:
A
guaranteed number of guests attending and final payment must be provided
to the club no later than (2) two weeks before your event as well as final
payment. The confirmed number of guarantees will be charged. In the
event that there are additional invitees for the function, they will be charged
at the per person rate for all other attendees. The culinary staff will
prepare food for the guaranteed number only.
Customer
Liability:
The
client is responsible and shall reimburse the facility for any damage, loss or
liability by any guest or organization contracted by the customer to provide
services or good during the entire length of the event. Guests are not
allowed in the pool or on the tennis courts. If children are in
attendance, event host is responsibility to make sure they understand the
rules.
Method
of Payment:
All
events will be charged a 10% deposit at booking the event. 50% of
estimate of charges are due no later than (90) prior to the event. The
remaining balance will be due (2) two weeks prior to the event based
on final number of guests. The client is responsible for full payment
should you cancel 30 days prior to the event.
